Recently on social media, it was announced that singer/songwriter Carrie Underwood will be releasing her debut gospel album titled My Savior “just in time for Easter,” featuring some of Carrie’s favorite gospel songs.

Carrie recently released a Christmas album called My Gift featuring multiple Christian holiday classics, and she describes this upcoming gospel album as a companion to the new Christmas album.

 

“When I was making this music, I felt like my soul was in such a great place, I wanted to keep making music like the music off of ‘My Gift,'” Carrie shared in a video on Instagram. “It’s just been such a blessing to make music like this, music that is near and dear to my heart.”
