Los Angeles, CA — January 5, 2018 — Singing runs in this famous family! Psalmist Ruth Andrea Featherstone, the cousin of the 1st Lady of Motown, Mary Wells, is making her own history in the genre of Gospel music. She was Wells’ travelling companion from 1984-1988. Ruth’s hit single, “Your Love Is So Good” is a contemporary gospel song that is comparable to the Clark Sisters’ “You Brought The Sunshine.” Both have a catchy, somewhat secular beat with uplifting spiritual overtones.

Ruth, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has “fire in her bones” that sets off sparks when she sings. No matter where she is, she will praise God at all times and with song whenever she is asked.
